Specifically, okegames retains account registration data, transaction records, and KYC documentation for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Communications records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years. After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Where you have exercised your right to erasure (see Section 8), okegames will delete your personal data within the timeframes required by applicable law, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.
