1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okegames ("okegames," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okegames online casino platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by okegames, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okegames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. okegames strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or use the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from okegames or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okegames, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

okegames reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okegames may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okegames services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by okegames for identity verification purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the okegames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. okegames employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okegames reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify okegames promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okegames account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

okegames will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okegames that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify okegames immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okegames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from okegames's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

okegames supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All transactions on the okegames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okegames may require you to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to okegames's discretion.

okegames does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

okegames may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• okegames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• okegames's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okegames Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. okegames accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

Random number generator (RNG) based games on the okegames Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using real equipment and real dealers in professionally operated studios. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, okegames will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded. okegames's decision on technical malfunction matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okegames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okegames staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okegames Platform — including but not limited to the okegames brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okegames or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okegames.

10. Privacy and Data

okegames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okegames implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okegames cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

11. Responsible Gaming

okegames is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. okegames will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access in all circumstances. Players bear responsibility for not circumventing self-exclusion measures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okegames's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okegames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okegames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if okegames has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okegames does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okegames reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okegames's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

okegames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• okegames has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You have failed to satisfy identity verification requirements within the timeframe specified by okegames.
• okegames is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless otherwise specified.

You may close your account at any time by contacting okegames customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

14. Amendments to Terms

okegames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okegames will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. The okegames Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
