You agree to notify okegames immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okegames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from okegames's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okegames's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okegames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okegames does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okegames's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
okegames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
You may close your account at any time by contacting okegames customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.
